Not in the shared baths, but you can book a private bath or a room with its own bath.
Confirmed by email with the inn: there is no large public bath. Every guest room has its own open-air cypress bath fed directly by the hot spring, and there are 6 private baths to reserve (4 with sea views). You never share a bath with other guests, so guests with tattoos can enjoy the onsen.
