Not in the shared baths, but you can book a private bath or a room with its own bath.

According to the official website of Kagoshima Onsen Tokinosumika, guests with tattoos cannot use the large public baths, but can use the family (private) baths. Family baths are open 10:00–24:00 (last entry 22:40).
